The 50th Mary Marwick Memorial Shield 27 Hole event was won Anna Wolfe with 113 net on a count back from Marion Nelson.
Mary Marwick was a founding member of the Denmark Golf Club and Mary’s grandson Brendon Molony and his wife Jude made the trip to Denmark to present the trophies today. The Molony family’s support of this prestigious event is very much appreciated.
A new tradition has been founded.
When presenting Mary’s putter, Brendon said it must be used by this year’s winner in next year’s event!
